Add Value to Analog Video Investments

Nextiva video servers add value to existing video investments. Nextiva video encoders digitize video from analog cameras and transmit images over IT networks. Nextiva video decoders deliver the digitized video to analog monitors for viewing.

View Live and Recorded Video from any PC on the Network

With Nextiva Review, authorized users can view live and recorded video from any PC on their organization’s network.

Users can easily view, search, and bookmark alarm video for investigative or future reference. They can also indicate that they have reviewed specific alarm-based video to enhance collaboration and streamline workflow.

Video alarms can be defined and received from a wide range of sources, including dry contacts, access control systems, and software analytics. This expedites communication and policy-based action when an emergency occurs or a threat is detected. Nextiva Review also features enhanced control of PTZ cameras using a Heads-Up Display and provides tools to improve still image quality for more precise recognition of security targets.

Interactive Facility Maps with Camera Locations

Nextiva Review includes Nextiva Map, an interactive visual representation of facility layouts and camera locations, with alarm status, “hover over” preview, and single-click camera viewing. With Nextiva Map, staff can rapidly become more productive, especially when in remote or unfamiliar locations. Plus, maps can be linked together to provide a complete view of even the most complex multi-site deployment.

Multisite Feature Set

Nextiva Review provides users with the ability to easily monitor multiple sites and locations with Nextiva Multisite. Using the Nextiva Multisite feature, users can monitor all configured sites/locations from one location, making your video security system look like a single unified solution. This allows efficient centralized monitoring of the entire business while still allowing local site monitoring. Supported multisite capabilities include:

Point of Sale (POS) Systems Integration

Nextiva Review provides live, secure and unobtrusive integration with POS systems, allowing quick access, bookmarking, and export of video clips associated with suspicious or fraudulent events. POS data can be included in case files created in Review, just like video clips and other case related information.

Web Review Client

Nextiva Web Review is an ultra-thin, secured, video management client application that allows users to sign onto Nextiva Review from any web browser. For ease of deployment, Nextiva Web Review Client is installed by simply pointing a web browser to the Nextiva Media Gateway. Due to its “zero-install” requirement, Nextva Web review helps to simplify deployment of large, distributed user bases, while still providing a rich subset of Nextiva Review’s video management features:
