Integrated Security Systems

• Designing architecture and deploying of complex and integrated security systems that comprise IP video surveillance system, intrusion detection and control access, fire detection system, license plate recognition system and automation of third party elements as barriers, gates and doors, all managed by one single platform via graphical user interface that allows real time control and visualization of all system’s events and alarms. Deployment of such systems is made on a virtual environment based on VMware ESXi that allows entire security platform to be fault tolerant.

• Integration of conventional or IP telephony systems with 3rd party applications such as CRM, ERP, DBs, etc. for delivering unified platforms for call/contact centers and not only. Integration of call/contact centers, IVR platforms, call recording and quality monitoring platforms with usually requires CTI

• Deployment of call recording solutions for call/contact centers, command & control centers, dispatches and not only (all telephone lines and IP are recorded, as well as radio stations); CTI is required for different scenarios, when agent’s ID should be assigned to recorded file or call recording application features should be integrated with call center application or any other 3rd party application.

• Integration of call billing systems for different market sectors. Solution is easily integrable with PBXes from major vendors as Avaya, Alcatel, Cisco, Siemens, etc.

Mobile Video Surveillance

• Based on a proven experience in deploying video surveillance in mobile environments, we provide integrated security systems for buses, trams, light rail, heavy rail and special vehicles.

Fleet Management

• Nextiva Fleet Management application, enables the transmission of live images and automatic downloads of recorded images from mDVR series recorders. Vehicles can be assigned to various status groups, thus allowing users of Nextiva Fleet Manager Software to survey the status of the entire fleet.

• Each passenger transportation vehicle (bus, railway coach, etc.) has its particular entrances architecture. The technology that we are integrating is video based and due to the settings capabilities we can make it count in almost any environment with >95% accuracy. System is fully integrable with video surveillance solution and it part of the complex integrated system that can be deployed for mobile.

• Major part of a public transport company's incomes depends on sold tickets. Ticket validating system is essential in such circumstances. Our solution has proven to be suitable for hard operational conditions. The system consists of a variable number of ticket validators, all managed by a controller unit. Validators can also work in autonomous mode. As a system, it is integrable with existing onboard systems of the vehicle.

• Integrated passenger information / infotainment system for on-board use consists of a variable number of displays with different sizes. Information show on displays are managed by a dedicated player, special designed for running is such environments. The management of the content that is played in vehicles, is designed through a content management application that is running on a central location (e.g. depot). When the content is ready, it is broadcasted and uploaded to all players via wireless connection. System accepts different inputs (TV, RSS, etc.) and can display also images from video surveillance system existent in the vehicle.
