multisite call accounting system

Contec Telbase is used for centralized call accounting for multi site configuration.

CDR raw data is collected at each PBX by Bueno buffer: independent from the PBX and local computers, build to industrial requirements to provide safe and secure data collection.

All collected data is regularly transferred to the central location for further processing. Depending on requirements the transfer may be done at least once daily. Transferred data is stored in separate folders so raw data is available if needed.

During processing all calls costs are calculated according to current tariff plans used for each individual line and stored in SQL database for reporting.

To facilitate administration system is capable of reading updates to the organization structure and lines details from specially prepared update files.
