The "Konsola" (Control desk) program is used for remote recorder control, audio monitoring, record storage and channel status monitoring. It is also possible to save a summary of recorded calls both in the text and HTML formats. The program is the basic recorder control tool, available free of charge to all customers.

The program allows monitoring the recorder operation and the status of lines connected to it. In case of disconnection, synchronisation fading or extended recording or silence, the recorder, via computer network, transmits alarm to the Monitor 2 (Screen) program. It allows for a quick reaction and repair of a possible defect of a line connected to the recorder, what considerably raises the co-efficient of faultless operation. It is particularly significant for institutes such as police, fire brigade, border guards or health care services.
The application is free of charge.

The program is used to automate the record storage operation. It is designed for continuous operation on computer, operating on Windows 2000/XP software and connected with the recorder via a computer network. The program allows a flexible configuration via a set of rules that allow segregation of records according to channels, telephone numbers, call start and end times etc. It is also possible to store recordings from many recorders by means of a single program.
